Katie Hill Releases Statement, Moves On To General Election With Steve Knight

The following is a statement from Katie Hill regarding last night’s primary election:

I am so grateful for the support of my community. I am committed to being an independent voice for this district, and will fight every single day to rebuild the middle class, take big money out of politics, and improve our healthcare system for all.

As we work hard to emerge victorious in November, I thank all of the other Democrats who ran such passionate campaigns. It was a tough primary, only because of how deeply we all care about improving the lives of our neighbors and the future of this country. I look forward to working with each and every one of them to put our future and our community above partisan politics. Together, we will flip this district, take back the House, and make sure we get the leadership we deserve in Washington.
