Just before 8:00am Wednesday morning, a part of Canyon Country suffered a power outage.

[view:node_ad=5]The outage knocked KHTS off the air temporarily and forced deputies to direct traffic on Soledad Canyon Road.

 

The exact cause of the problem is not yet known, but it affected nearly 4,000 Canyon Country residents, mostly east of Rainbow Glen Road and west of Whites Canyon.

 

Power for most was back on within one hour; however others had to wait a little longer to get switched over to another power source.
