SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA (March 28, 2013) – The Los Angeles North chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) announced its 2013 ADDY Award winners at their annual awards banquet held on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Tournament Players Club in Valencia.

Companies and individuals were honored for their achievements and creativity in areas ranging from marketing and campaigns to audio and brochures.

Awards presented were Gold (Best of Category), Silver (Award of Distinction), and Bronze (Award of Excellence).

The ADDY Awards are the world’s largest advertising competition with over 50,000 entries nationwide. This unique competition is comprised of three levels of judging, which include local, regional, and national.

Gold winners at the local level are automatically forwarded to judging at the district level where they will compete with other chapters encompassing Las Vegas, San Diego, Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles Metro, San Bernadino, Palm Desert and Santa Barbara.

Winners from the district competition will advance to the national level with awards presented in June.

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) is the nation’s oldest national advertising trade association, and the only association representing all facets of the advertising industry. The AAF also has 15 district operations, each located in and representing a different region of the nation.
