California Highway Patrol received a call about the second tank of a two tanker big rig flipping over at 7:22 a.m.

The driver was making a right turn from The Old Road onto Rye Canyon Road, but the cause of the accident remains under investigation, said CHP officer Priessman.

About 40-50 gallons of oil leaked onto the road, but fire crews were able to remove the rest of the oil from the truck safely, Priessman said.

All lanes remained closed until just after 1 p.m.
