The vehicles were involved in a collision on the northbound 14 Freeway near Placerita Canyon Road early Saturday morning.

One vehicle rear-ended a vehicle ahead of it on the freeway and caused both to spin out of control. Three people were injured, one of them with major injuries.

The CHP, along with other law enforcement and public agencies, strive to get the message that drinking and driving is not a smart decision out to drivers everywhere.

CHP officials say “a picture is worth a thousand words,” and to learn from the thousands of words these pictures tell you.

Do not drink and drive and if you do plan on drinking, designate a sober driver. In their absence, use services like taxis, Uber or Lyft.
