During the sweep operation, the five suspects were located at an encampment in the middle of the riverbed.  They were arrested for trespassing and were transported to the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s station where they were booked. Two of the suspects had outstanding arrest warrants out of the Newhall court. One suspect was identified as a person of interest in a Santa Clartia Valley, sexual assault case.
