The City of Santa Clarita wishes to notify residents and commuters that there will be several street closures in effect beginning Friday, September 30 at 8:00 pm and continuing through 2:00 am on Monday, October 3 to accommodate the Santa Clarita Street Art Festival in Downtown Newhall.

 

Roads closures will be in effect as follows:

Northbound and Southbound San Fernando Road will be closed from 5^th Street to Lyons Avenue. 

6^th, 8^th, 9^th, and Market Streets will be closed at San Fernando Road during this time. 

 

There will be no parking available along the blocked-off roadways. Traffic will be redirected along Railroad Avenue, Lyons Avenue, and Newhall Avenue.
