A hot-tempered man faces domestic violence charges after visiting his live-in girlfriend at work.
Joseph Do, 22, of Newhall, is behind bars after he went into the Do-It Center on Valencia Boulevard around 9 a.m. to argue with the woman.
According to Lt. Mark Hershey of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s station, Do went into the center and accosted the woman at her work station, where he spotted a pile of cash on a table next to her.
Do pushed the woman aside, grabbed the money and the woman’s car keys. He then went down to the woman’s locker and took her cell phone. He left in his own car, which deputies quickly spotted and pulled him over and arrested him.
He was booked at the Santa Clarita Valley station and faces charges of robbery and, because of his relationship to the victim, domestic violence.
