On Sept. 12, 2012 Ely, Mosley and Collins robbed a Canyon Country bank and then led deputies on a pursuit into downtown Los Angeles, where they threw cash from their moving vehicle to create a diversion.

The preliminary hearing, scheduled for Monday, has been continued to Tuesday, according to Los Angeles Superior Court officials at the Antelope Valley Courthouse.
