State Route 23, three miles north of Moorpark, is closed for road repair.

[view:node_ad=5] The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces that northbound and southbound State Route 23, three miles north of Moorpark, will be closed Saturday, July 7 from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. for sinkhole repairs.

 

The sinkhole occurred in the afternoon of Thursday, July 5.  Temporary repairs were completed that day.  Additional repairs will be performed Saturday, July 7.

 

Signs and message boards will be posted to assist motorists through a detour.
