Local Sam’s Club To Help Members Prepare for Emergencies
Sam’s Club is helping Members get prepared for all things relating to their safety and emergency preparation. During the week of July 23rd, 114 Sam’s Club locations throughout the country, including the Canyon Country Location, will host in-Club events, which will each propose emergency plans, as well as feature products and packages to help local residents prepare for and survive disasters, both big and small.
“Most of the U.S. is vulnerable to severe weather, natural disasters and other emergencies; and if you’re like most people, you think it won’t happen to you – until it’s too late,” said John Van Pelt, leader of the Storm Education Team, a project dedicated to helping save lives by educating the public on emergency preparedness.
