A Los Angeles County judge might have paved the way for a last-minute run at a fifth term by Santa Clarita City Councilman Frank Ferry. Due to Santa Clarita’s term limits on City Council seats, Ferry said he was planning to move on to a new career earlier this year. He stepped down from his post as principal of Alemany High School in February. Santa Clarita City Councilman Frank FerryHowever, Ferry’s reaction to Judge Henry Nussbaum’s late Monday afternoon ruling seemed to indicate Ferry is inclined to put post-council plans on hold.
