Los Angeles Dodgers

The Dodgers offense was rolling at Coors Field this past weekend, putting up 33 runs in three games against the Colorado Rockies.

Sunday, Los Angeles scored three runs in the ninth inning to break a 7-7 tie and finish off the sweep. Kenley Jansen shut the door in the bottom of the inning to earn his 14th save of the season.

After a rocky start to the season (pun kind of intended), the Dodgers closer has quietly found his form over the last few weeks. Jansen has lowered his ERA almost a full run since May 17th, from 3.57 to 2.67.

The Dodgers are traveling to Pittsburgh today for a midweek series against the Pirates, before heading back to LA for an eight game homestand. They currently sit two and a half games behind the Diamonbacks for first place in the National West with a 29-30 record.
