Foothill League basketball hits the halfway mark tonight, and KHTS will have all of the action from West Ranch High School when the Wildcats, who are battling for second place in league, and the Grizzlies of Golden Valley play their first game of 2008.  Golden Valley is still looking for their first league win of 2008, while West Ranch looks to avenge the season sweep suffered last year to the Grizzlies.  Tune in live at 6:15pm for all of the boy’s varsity action.

 

Reports out of Tampa, Fl. center around former Hart Indian pitcher Jamie Shields and a possible contract extension with the Tampa Bay Rays.

 

The Los Angeles Lakers beat up on the Denver Nuggets, 116-99.  The Clippers lost to Utah, 109-93.

 

The Los Angeles Kings get back on the ice tonight, when the NHL-leading Detroit Red Wings come to town.  You can catch all of the action live on KHTS following basketball.
