The quarterfinal round of the CIF Southern Section Division IIAA boy’s varsity basketball playoffs is here.  Tonight, live on KHTS at 7:15pm, the Foothill League Champion Valencia Vikings make the long trip to San Bernardino to take on Arroyo Valley.  The winner is slated to face the winner of a matchup featuring Colony and Serra.  The Vikings won the coin flip, meaning a semifinal appearance would be a home game no matter the outcome of the other games.

The Master’s College men’s basketball team defeated Cal Baptist 81-73, while the women’s team was also victorious, 74-67.

The UCLA Bruins men’s basketball team rolled Oregon State, 84-49.

The Los Angeles Kings were victorious over the visiting St. Louis Blues, 5-1.  The Kings host Chicago at 1:30pm tomorrow, live on KHTS.
