The Master’s College women’s soccer team ran its unbeaten streak to six games with a 2-1 win over Eastern Oregon on Monday.
Robyn Estrada scored a goal and had an assist and Aly Hall knocked in what proved to be the game-winner in the 46th minute. The Master’s College women, ranked 13th in the NAIA coaches poll, is 5-0-1.
The Master’s College women’s volleyball team swept San Diego Christian on Saturday, but had its seven-match winning streak snapped over the weekend.

In high school golf, the Hart girls team won the Ayala tournament by two shots over Palm Desert and Peninsula at Los Serranos Country Club in Chino Hills. Sophomore Kendell Dusenberry led the Hart girls with a 2-under 72.
In high school girls basketball, Santa Clarita Christian has a new coach. Troy Best, who guided the Golden Valley girls basketball team to its only playoff appearance, will take over at Santa Clarita Christian this season.
In high school volleyball, the Canyon girls lost to Lancaster in four games. Canyon’s Courtney Longshore had a team-high nine kills and Brittany Spackman had seven kills.
