Santa Clarita is a hot-bed for Baseball talent.
Four more players from the Santa Clarita Valley were selected on the third and final day of the Major League Baseball draft.
The Dodgers took a pitcher from The Master’s College and the Angels took a second baseman from the College of the Canyons.
Paul Miller, a left-handed pitcher and a senior at The Master’s College, was taken in the 32nd round by the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Cade Kreuter, a third baseman at Hart High School , was taken by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 41st round.
Philip Bando, a second baseman at College of the Canyons, was taken in the 45th round by the Los Angeles Angels.
Jordan Yallen, an outfielder at Golden Valley High School , was taken in the 47th round by the Chicago White Sox.
Dodgers also took David Iden, a second baseman from California Lutheran University , Tony Renda, a short stop from Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo , Stephen Piscotty, a shortstop from Amador High School in Sutter Creek near Sacramento and David Garcia, a shortstop from Kennedy High School in Chatsworth.
