Santa Clarita Sports Report: August 4, 2015 – The College of the Canyons won the Western State Conference Supremacy Award for the second year in a row.

COC sports teams won six Western State Conference championships in 2014-15. The college edged out Santa Barbara City College to win the Supremacy Award.

COC won conference championships in women’s volleyball, men’s cross country, women’s soccer and women’s golf in the fall.

COC added conference championships in women’s track and field and men’s golf in the spring.
