Santa Clarita Sports Report: January 12, 2015: The Golden Valley boys basketball team beat Antelope Valley Christian, 73-47, in the Antelope Valley Tournament.

Noah Heinzman scored 19 points and made five 3-pointers for Golden Valley. All 11 players for Golden Valley scored.

In high school soccer, the Hart boys shut out La Canada, 2-0. Joshua Garnica and Michael Valencia scored for Hart in the second half.

The Hart boys have won seven games in a row. They are 12-1-2 and begin Foothill League play against Canyon on Tuesday.

The Santa Clarita Christian girls played to a 2-2 draw against Village Christian. Lauren Gallagher and Maya Rauch scored for Santa Clarita Christian.

The Santa Clarita Christian boys soccer team blanked Albert Einstein Academy, 7-0. Zack Norton scored a hat trick with three goals.

Santa Clarita Christian evened its record at 2-2.

In the NBA, the Clippers lost to the visiting Miami Heat, 104-90. It was their first loss in the past three games.

Next up for the Clippers are the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday.

The Lakers lost to the Trail Blazers, 106-94. They have lost three of their past four games.

The Lakers play the Heat on Tuesday night.
