Santa Clarita Sports Report: July 28, 2015 – Patrik Sandell, driving for Bryan Herta Rallysport, won the Red Bull Global Rallycross race in Detroit. It was the first win in the Global Rallycross series for Valencia’s Bryan Herta.

Sandell started from the pole in the final race. He was hit from behind at the start of the race. The race was stopped, but Sandell took the lead on the restart and won the race by two seconds.
