Santa Clarita Sports Report: November 25, 2014: The Santa Clarita Christian girls volleyball team continue its magical season in the CIF State tournament starting today.
Santa Clarita Christian is the No. 3 seed in the CIF State Division 5 Southern California bracket. They won the CIF Southern Section Division 5AA championship on Saturday.
The Cardinals will play Buckley, the No. 6 seed, in the first round today.

In college soccer, the College of the Canyons women won their first-round game in the California Community College Athletic Association playoffs, 2-1, over Saddleback College.
The Lady Cougars scored two goals in the second half to win the game.
The COC women, the No. 3 seed in the Southern California Regional, will play Cypress, the sixth seed, in the next round of the playoffs.
The Master’s College women beat Trinity International University, 4-1, in the first round of the NAIA national tournament.
The Lady Mustangs led 2-0 at halftime and scored two more goals in the second half.
The Master’s College women move on to the round of 16 and play the University of Northwestern Ohio in Orange Beach, Ala., on Monday.
In the NBA, the Clippers beat the Charlotte Hornets, 113-92, and got back in the win column. The Clippers are 3-1 on their current seven-game road trip.

They take on the Pistons in Detroit on Wednesday.
In the NHL, the Kings are in Nashville for a game against the Predators tonight. The Kings are coming off a 5-4 loss to the Dallas Stars on Saturday. But the Kings are 3-1 in their past four games.
