The Valencia football team is on the road against Canyon tonight. Valencia is looking to keep pace with Hart. The Vikings are 3-0 in the Foothill League.

Canyon is looking to keep its Foothill League championship hopes alive. The Cowboys are 2-1 in league.
The West Ranch football team plays Golden Valley at Valencia High School.
Both teams are 0-3 in the Foothill League. Could this be the night Golden Valley wins its first Foothill League game?
In college football, the College of the Canyons is on the road against Ventra College on Saturday.
COC is 3-4 and coming off a 37-20 win over Allan Hancock College last week.
In high school golf, Golden Valley Elisa Pierre shot a 7-under 67 and set a Santa Clarita Valley postseason record at the CIF Southern Section Central Team Divisional at the Los Serranos Country Club in Chino.

She had five birdies and an eagle. It was a career-best for Pierre and the best 18-hole performance for any golfer from the Santa Clarita Valley in the CIF playoffs.
Golden Valley finished in 14th place as a team in the Central Divisional. Only three teams advanced to the Southern Section Championship. West Ranch was fourth and Valencia was 16th out of 22 teams.
In the NBA, the Clippers didn’t shoot well, couldn’t build more than a 10-point lead and still managed to usher in the Steve Ballmer era with a victory for their new owner with a final score of 93-90 over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
