Saugus Driver Posts Podium Finish In Super Stocks Race at Irwindale

Garret Cromsigt comes in third in his second race of the season.

Garret Cromsigt of Saugus, making only his second start of the season, finished third in the Super Stocks race at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale on Saturday night. Rich DeLong III was fourth.
Larry Cerquettini of Redlands won his fifth Super Stock race at the track.
Kenny Maler Jr. of Acton was eighth in the Legends Cars race. Donny St. Ours of Upland won the Legends race.
Tommy Mason of Canyon Country was fifth and Dennis Ivarsson of Saugus was ninth in the Classic Stocks race. Ken Michaelian of Lawndale won the Classic Stocks race.

Mike Johnson of Covina won the NASCAR Lat e Model race, his first of the season and his first since winning the Late Model portion of the Toyota All-Star Showdown at the track in January.
Johnson snapped the three-race winning streak of Tim Huddleston, a driver from Agoura Hills and the reigning Late Model champion at the track. It was also his first win after being the runner-up in three of the past four races at Irwindale.
Jeremiah Wagner of Las Vegas won the ASA Speed Truck race. St. Ours, the driver who won the Legends race, was 15th in the Speed Trucks race.
