August 17 2011: Brewers Beat Dodgers 3-1

It was another sad day in Milwaukee for the Los Angeles Dodgers who lost 3-1 tonight, in game three of a four part series. The game was a 0-0 stalemate until the Top of the Sixth, when Jerry Hairston Jr. slammed a hard single to the center for the Milwaukee Brewers, with bases loaded! Luckily Casey McGehee got tagged while trailing from third base, but Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder managed to make it home, starting the scoreboard off with a 2-0 Brewers lead. Tony Gwynn struck a homer in the Top of the Seventh, but sadly he was the sole player to stamp home base for the boys in blue. This game marks 18 hometown wins out of 20 games for the Milwaukee Brewers, adding to their already strong hometown record.

Final Score:
Los Angeles Dodgers-1, Milwaukee Brewers-3
