Once again, the Dodgers fell to the Colorado Rockies, here in the last game in the series. Chad Billingsley’s fearsome pitching keeping the Rockies at bay, and the Dodgers in the lead for five straight innings. In fact, their lead came after an impressive two-run homer by the Rockies in the Top of the Second, thanks to Carlos Gonzales. But things started going downhill for the Dodgers once Kevin Millwood pitched a straight shot to Rockies’ Seth Smith, followed by three pitching changes that couldn’t save the boys in blue. This marks the end of 17 consecuetive Sunday losses for the Colorado Rockies.
