The Los Angeles Kings lose to Dallas Stars 2-1. After scoring early and shutting out the Stars in the 1st period, the Kings gave up two Power Play goals in the 2nd. In the 3rd period the Kings had a chance to tie the game and force overtime with a penalty shot, but the shot by Jack Johnson was saved and the game ended 2-1 with the Stars victorious.
