July 27, 2011: Dodgers Fall To The Rockies 3-1

Dodgers trailed 1-0 after a fifth inning RBI single from Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki.  The Rockies doubled their lead, 2-0, in the seventh inning after a two out double by first basemen Ty Wigginton which plated Tulowitzki.

Rod Barajas homered in the ninth to cut the Rockies lead to two runs but it would ultimately be too little too late as the Dodgers would end its win streak at four with a 3-1 loss to the Rockies.

The boys in blue are off tomorrow but Friday, July 29 they try to get back on track as the Arizona Diamondbacks come to the City of Angels.  Coverage can be heard right here on your hometown station beginning at 6:30 p.m. PT.
