Thursday, the Los Angeles Kings were in Anaheim at the Honda Center to once again faceoff against the Ducks. The first period was scoreless. 54 seconds into the second, Mike Richards put the Kings on the board making it 1-0. Andrew Cogliano answered back at 3:19 for the Ducks to tie it up 1-1. Then at 7:28 Simon Gagne knocked one in to put the Kings ahead 2-1. The third period saw three goals by the Kings. Slava Voynov scored at 2:45, Anze Kopitar at 16:59 and Mike Richards knocked one in at 18:22. Corey Perry and Andrew Cogliano scored goals for the Ducks but the Kings went on to win it. 5 to 3 was the final.
