It was a close one for the Dodgers as they hold on and beat the Rockies Tuesday night. The Dodger’s hitting was on target as Matt Kemp and Casey Blake had a home run each at the top of the 3rd inning. Poor pitching by the Dodgers let the Rockies tie up the game at the bottom of the 7th inning. Then another home run by Casey Blake at the top of the 9th inning was enough to put away the Rockies for good. The final score was 9-7.
