Undefeated West Ranch Baseball Team Faces Winless Golden Valley

sportswestranchThe West Ranch baseball team will look to stay perfect today in the Valley Invitational Baseball League. West Ranch is undefeated at 7-0 and will face Golden Valley, which is looking for its first win in the summer baseball league.

The outcome of this game should be easy to predict. But you never know, Golden Valley might surprise.

Game time is at 5 at Golden Valley High School.

Valencia, meanwhile, suffered its first loss of the summer league season, 21-5 to St. Francis on Monday.

That leaves West Ranch and Newbury Park as the only undefeated teams in the Valley Invitational Baseball League. Newbury Park has one tie and is 5-0-1.

In other games today, Canyon is at Hart, Saugus is at St. Francis and Valencia is at Westlake.
