The Valencia football team is in the final four of the CIF Southern Section Northern Division playoffs. Next up is Moorpark on Saturday at Valencia High School.
Valencia squeaked past Thousand Oaks in the first round and blew out Buena in the second round.
Moorpark shut out Canyon in the first round, then pounded Camarillo in the second round of the playoffs.

In the CIF Southern Section 8-man Division I playoffs, Santa Clarita Christian will get a chance to repeat as champions on Saturday against Faith Baptist.
Santa Clarita Christian has rolled through the playoffs, averaging 63.3 a game. Faith Baptist has home-field advantage in this one, a rematch of the championship game from a year ago.
In high school cross country, the Saugus girls will compete in the Nike Cross Country Nationals in Portland, Ore., this weekend.
The Saugus girls won their fourth CIF State championship in a row and will get a chance to race against some of the top teams in the nation. Saugus is ranked third in the country by Harrier magazine.
