West Ranch Undefeated In Valley Invitational Baseball League

sportswestranchWest Ranch remained undefeated in the Valley Invitational Baseball League after shutting out Chaminade, 7-0, yesterday. West Ranch is 4-0 and will play Taft on Wednesday.

Valencia is 3-0 and coming off a 9-3 win over Saugus on Saturday. Valencia’s next game is Friday against Camarillo.

Crespi, Moorpark and Cleveland have yet to lose a game in the summer baseball league. Cleveland does have a tie.

Hart is 3-2 after beating Alemany, 8-3, yesterday. Saugus is 1-2-1.

In women’s soccer, the Premier Soccer Santa Clarita Valley Rooks lost to San Diego United, 6-0, on Sunday. The San Diego United team scored four goals in the second half. The Rooks are winless at 0-7-0. They play the So Cal Rush on Sunday night at Canyon High School.
