Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies arrested six suspects Wednesday morning in Saugus on charges they committed identity theft at a Walgreens.

Here are the crime reports for Canyon Country East and West, Castaic/Val Verde, Saugus, and Valencia.

Canyon Country East

An attempt residential burglary occurred near the 18000 block of Annes Circle.  Person(s) unknown attempted to pry open the front door of the victims residence.  No entry was made.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A residential burglary occurred near the 27500 block of Marta Lane.  Two suspects were seen prying open the victims front door and making entry into the residence.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A grand theft occurred near the 19300 block of Golden Valley Road.  Two suspects entered the location and stole expensive store items.  The two left the location with no attempt to pay for the items.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A grand theft auto occurred near the 28900 block of Prarie Lane.  Person(s) unknown stole the victims vehicle while parked near the above location.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred near the 28900 block of Silver Saddle Circle.  Person(s) unknown entered the victims unlocked vehicle and stole items from within.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A shoplifting occurred near the 19100 block of Golden Valley Road.  Two suspects entered the location and stole items from within with no attempt to pay for the items.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

Canyon Country West

A robbery occurred near the 20600 block of Soledad Canyon Road.  One suspect was arrested for stealing store items at a nearby hobby shop.  When an employee attempted to detain the suspect, he pushed him out of the way and ran into a parking lot.  The suspect then tripped and fell, hitting his head on a brick wall.  Police were called and the suspect was taken into custody.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A residential burglary occurred near the 19000 block of Delight Street.  Four suspects were arrested for breaking into a home and using/stealing utilities and food from within.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies have released the crime reports for the week of Mar. 23- 30.A residential burglary occurred near the 27600 block of Camp Plenty Road.  Person(s) unknown made entry through an open upstairs window and stole items from within.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A grand theft occurred near the intersection of Golden Valley Road and the 14 Freeway.  Person(s) unknown stole the victims catalytic converter while it was parked in a nearby parking lot.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A shoplifting occurred near the 20600 block of Golden Triangle Road.  One suspect was arrested for stealing store property with no attempt to pay to the items.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

Castaic/Val Verde

A theft from a vehicle was reported from the 29000 block of Madrid Place.  The victim reported miscellaneous personal items stolen from the center console of his 2002 Suburban.  The crime was caught on surveillance cameras and occurred at 3:30 in the morning on Tuesday.

A white 1994 Freightliner (Ca Lic# 9A50046) was stolen from the 32000 block of Castaic Road.  The vehicle was taken between Saturday at 5:00 pm and Sunday at 7:00 pm.

Saugus

A petty theft occurred near the 22500 block of Pearson Court.  Between Friday night and Saturday morning an unknown suspect syphoned gas from the victim’s vehicle.

A shoplifting incident occurred from the “Albertsons” on Copper Hill Drive.  The suspect filled his shopping cart with approximately 15 bottles of liquid Tide.  The suspect then walked out of the store without paying for the items.  The suspect quickly loaded the stolen bottles into his vehicle and left the location.

A vehicle burglary was reported from near the 22600 block of Garzota Drive.  The suspect was able to gain entry into the victims locked vehicle and stole his wallet.  The suspect then used the victim’s credit cards at various stores. Auto burglary often can be prevented with a few simple actions.  The most important is to lock your car door every time.  Take your valuables with you and with these two actions, you’ve just gone a long way in preventing your car from being broken into.

Valencia

A grand theft occurred near the 28300 block of Constellation Road.  The victim’s travel trailer was stolen from the location. The victim said a red truck 4×4 pulled up to the trailer, hooked it up and drove away with it.  The neighboring business also had their trailer stolen from the location a few days prior.

A burglary occurred near the 24500 block of Nicklaus Drive.   An unknown suspect forced entry into the location.  Pry marks were found on the door and entry was made into the location.  Nothing inside the location was stolen.

A second burglary occurred near the 25300 block of Avenue Stanford.  An unknown male white suspect broke into the location in the early morning hours.  The suspect used a van to load several thousand dollars’ worth of paintball guns and supply’s into the vehicle.

A third burglary occurred near the 24400 block of Valencia Boulevard.   An unknown suspect broke into the victim’s residence while he was he away.  When he returned he noticed his window screen was off and the inside of his location was ransacked.  Several small items were missing from his residence.

A fourth burglary occurred near the 24600 block of Farrow Drive.  An unknown suspect entered the location and stole several thousand dollars’ worth of her personal property from inside the victim’s home.  The victim’s hide a key was used to enter the location.  The victim believed someone she knows possibly entered her home and stole several expensive items.

A vehicle burglary occurred near the 23600 block of Magic Mountain Parkway.  An unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole several personal items from inside the victim’s car.
