“So much money was spent searching for Sarah, the benefit show is just another way of celebrating her life and to continue taking donations for the service she deserves,” said Nicki Powell, an Alarid family friend.
Eight of Alarid’s favorite local punk rock bands, bands that Sarah would go out and see, as well as bands from the Greater Los Angeles area have donated time for the event, said Powell.
“We are working on getting projectors for a slideshow, a food and water set up, donations of food and water are also being taken,” added Powell.
Suggested entry donation to the event is $5.
