Saugus Gas Station Held Up By Knife-Wielding Men

 

Armed robbers got away with $300 Thursday night from a gas station in Saugus.

Shortly after midnight, two men approached the clerk at the Mobil gas station at Seco Canyon Road and Garzota Drive.

According to Sgt. Gary Parker, the two men – described only as male Caucasians – threatened the cashier with a knife. The men took $300 from the register and fled on foot. The cashier was not hurt.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the sheriff’s station at 255-1121.
