Juliet DeAmicis was recently accepted into a special summer science program.
Saugus High School sophomore Juliet DeAmicis will be spending part of her summer at the prestigious University of Southern California studying marine biology.
DeAmicis will be participating in a field-oriented program featuring laboratory research, self-guided experiments, and educational simulations about the interaction among physical, chemical, and biological components of the environment as well as the impact that human activities have on it.
“This will give me the chance to explore different field of science,” said Juliet. “I want to change the world and hopefully science will be the optimum way to accomplish this.”
