Saugus Union School Board Candidate Bruce Fox Withdraws From Race

There are now only four candidates running for the three seats available on the Saugus Union School District board in the upcoming Nov. 5 election.

Bruce FoxBruce Fox, a lieutenant with the Glendale Police Department, has decided to withdraw from the race.

Fox said that he is pursuing another job opportunity. If that falls through, he plans on running when the seat on the Saugus board left vacant by Stephen Winkler becomes available.

Incumbents Judy Umeck, Paul De La Cerda and Douglas Bryce and newcomer Chris Trunkey are candidates in the race.

  2. Good. Because he has used his position of power at desert Christian highschool for intimate relations with a 25 year old single mother desperate for money. RIP Lex
