Two Vehicles Caught Fire, Quickly Extinguished In Santa Clarita

Two vehicles were fully engulfed in flames sending smoke over the Santa Clarita Valley Saturday prompting a response from firefighters.

At around 11:45 a.m. Saturday first responders received reports of a vehicle fire on the 23700 block of Quail Haven Trail in the Saugus area, according to Matt Kline, with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

“The fire involved two vehicles and it was able to be contained to the cars. There was no spread to brush,” Klein said.

Three fire engines were able to contain the scene. No injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.
