The Santa Clarita WorkSource Center and Ashley Furniture Homestore are partnering together to host a furniture sales associate recruitment on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This event will be held at College of the Canyons’ University Center in Suite 250, located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road and will be used to identify candidates for long-term employment positions in Santa Clarita and surrounding communities.
Positions are currently available in Santa Clarita, Palmdale, Northridge, Oxnard, Burbank, and West Los Angeles. Pay is $12/hour draw against commission with starting potential of $40-50,000/year. Work schedules include four days a week, 10 hours per day and positions offer benefits, training, and opportunities for growth.
Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age, have a minimum of two to three years of successful sales experience, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate proficiency using computers, and be highly organized. Ideal candidates must also be skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Applicants should bring a copy of their resume as well as a State issued ID such as Driver’s License and Social Security Card or Passport to the recruitment. All eligible applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.
