Did you know a clever house cleaner will keep the house clean annually (without the dreaded “spring cleaning”).
Best way to approach cleaning is to create a schedule, and stick with it. Many hands make light work, so assign chores to everyone in the house who is able bodied!
Every Day: Make the beds, wash one load of laundry, do the dishes, take out the trash and pick up items lying around before heading to bed at night.
Once a Week: Vacuum all carpets, shake out area rugs, dust, mop, scrub tubs and sinks, change bed linens.
Once a Month: Vacuum upholstery, clean windows, dust behind and beneath furniture, dust your baseboards.
Twice a Year: Clean out closets, reassess storage areas, clean gutters, spray down patios and outdoor areas.
Sprinttime is a great opportunity to de-clutter and re-design your home. I have clients who love to hire me to re-design the home with existing furniture and accessories to give a new look. I am here to help you in any way I can, to make your house a home!
