The Los Angeles County Library is asking the West Ranch community to put on their soothsayer glasses and give input on their vision for a new county library.
“What will library service in the Stevenson Ranch area look like? We are visioning library services for Sunset Pointe, Stevenson Ranch, Southern Oaks, West Ranch and Westridge,” said County officials.

They say participation by residents in the Stevenson Ranch Library Vision Community Meeting is key to representing the interests of the community for library services. This is the second meeting on the future library.
The agenda for the meeting will include a brief business meeting of the West Ranch Town Council, a presentation of the survey results from the previous meeting and public outreach, a report on other community participation, and a sign up for focus groups.
The meeting will take place Tuesday September 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Stevenson Ranch Elementary School, 25820 Carroll Lane, Stevenson Ranch.
