Installation prices vary according to the house’s dimensions and the amount of time and resources it takes to install the lights. A soft quote or baseline to install christmas lights on a two story house before Thanksgiving is $170 and for a one-story house is $125.* To take down the Christmas lights is $60 for a two-story house and $40 for a one-story house before Thanksgiving.* After Thanksgiving, a soft quote to install christmas lights is $200 for a two-story house  and $150 for a one-story house.* To take down christmas lights for a two-story house is $70 and $50 for a one-story house after Thanksgiving.*
