Pacifica Senior Living at Santa Clarita now offers its residents the services of an executive chef to cater to their culinary needs.
Ignacio Barazza joins the Pacifica community, bringing 17 years of experience in hospitality and hotel dining services, with a specialty in senior dining.
“It’s a pleasure to serve seniors. I have dedicated my career to providing them exceptional food and service,” he said.
With Barazza’s arrival, Pacifica also introduces an All-Day Dining program.
Gone are the days where residents must eat their meals at designated times.
“With our All-Day Dining program, residents are given greater independence
in determining how they want to structure their day,” said Pacific Executive Director Cyntia Drachenberg.
Not only do residents have the freedom to choose when they eat, but what they eat as well. Each day, Barazza offers a variety of specially prepared entrees as well as a standard menu. Each item is cooked to order – ensuring that food is fresh, hot and appetizing.
“We want each meal to feel special for our residents,” said Barazza. “With a variety of fresh foods and an attentive staff, we make sure our residents feel as if they are dining at a four-star restaurant.”
