Santa Clarita Sheriff’s deputies found a missing 20-year-old with severe autism who disappeared from the intersection of McBean and Magic Mountain Parkways Friday morning.

UPDATE 1 p.m.: Sheriff’s deputies found the boy “safe and unharmed,” said Lt. Leo Bauer.
Cody Wheeler was last seen around 10 a.m., according to officials with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. He may be heading towards the Valencia Auto Center.
“They’re in the process of trying to find him right now,” said Sgt. O’Brien with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

He was last seen wearing a salmon colored t-shirt, a grey sweatshirt and blue jeans. He is described as approximately 5’2, with brown hair, brown eyes and a mole on his left cheek.
