Sheriff’s Deputies Investigate Possible Human Remains Found In Gorman

 

Detectives with the Homicide Bureau of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to Ridge Route Road south of Highway 138, Gorman, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the discovery of possible human remains.

Officials with Headquarters Bureau said they were awaiting information from deputies on scene, and weren’t able to confirm whether the remains, which were reported around 11 a.m., were human.

There is no more information available at this time.

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station officials referred all calls to the Headquarters Bureau.

“We’re just waiting to get an update ourselves,” said Deputy Smith of Headquarters Bureau.

No information, as far as details of the remains found, were available.
