The award was presented at a ceremony that took place at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, according to a news release. It was a high profile event that brought together leaders of the commercial real estate industry.

“Throughout the year, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal brings together decision makers and business owners from all major industries to recognize businesses and individuals who positively impact the San Fernando Valley business community,” said officials from the event.

The Outlets at Tejon serves shoppers throughout Southern and Central California, according to a news release. Its high profile line up of tenants includes a Nike Factory Store, the only current Pottery Barn Outlet store in California, H&M, Michael Kors, Coach Factory Store, Gap Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, J. Crew, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Chico’s Outlet, White House/Black Market, LOFT Outlet, Adidas, Reebok, Justice, and many more.

Developed by Tejon Ranch Co. and The Rockefeller Group, the 320,000-square-foot outlet center is situated directly on I-5, one of California’s most traveled highways, and is easily accessible from Bakersfield, Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, the Antelope Valley and the San Fernando Valley, according to a news release.
