Small Brush Fire In Castaic Near The Old Road

A brush fire near The Old Road and Victoria Road was reported at about 9 p.m. Friday night.

“The fire is currently at 10 acres,” said Supervisor Robert Diaz of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The fire’s location is inaccessible for ground vehicles and helicopters were called in.

“It is unknown how the fire started and there is currently no containment,” Diaz said.

More than 20 Fire Stations have been called to the scene.

There are no structures threatened and no injuries reported.
