Local Businesses Invited to Workshop.
Is your small business facing increased costs of doing business, common area maintenance charges, or rent increases? The City of Santa Clarita will discuss these topics and much more with local small businesses at the Small Business Seminar on Thursday, April 19th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at City Hall in the Council Chambers, located at 23920 Valencia Blvd.
During the workshop, speakers will discuss topics such as the 10 dos and don'ts of a lease, benefits of the Enterprise Zone, loans available to small businesses, business counseling, business plans, the small business guide, and issues pertaining to Common Area Maintenance charges.
