“The City is honored to partner for a third year with the National Inclusion Project to provide programming so children with disabilities can enjoy a variety of local recreation programs with their non-disabled peers,” said Mayor Bob Kellar. “We want to create an environment for children where inclusion is embraced and this program helps our community break barriers and open doors.”

As a part of this initiative, the National Inclusion Project provides a program model, training and expertise.  Since its inception in 2004, the “Let’s ALL Play” Program has helped bring an inclusive recreational experience to children with disabilities.

The National Inclusion Project has been working for years to open doors in communities nationwide for children with special needs to experience everything life has to offer. They conduct programs with community partners to teach others how to be inclusive so that kids with and without disabilities can experience the same lifelong benefits.
