Roasty Toasty Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds
2 quarts of water
1/2 cup of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rinse seeds thoroughly as the water comes to a boil in the pot. Add a pinch of salt, and pour the seeds, carefully, into the boiling water. Once the seeds are soft, drain the seeds, and pat them dry. Put them in a bowl, adding the olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Toss the ingredients together, then place then in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 – 30 min until the seeds look white and dry. Remove the seeds from the baking sheet, let them cool, and enjoy!
